Join us for a summer evening enjoying some of the very best Colorado has to offer at LaVern M. Johnson Park!

Spend the day tubing down the St. Vrain River (rent a tube or bring your own), swimming in the creek, exploring the trails, playing at the park, cooling off at the splash pad, and relaxing with great food and even better company.

We’ll fire up the grills at 5:30 PM and serve burgers, brats, hot dogs, and all the fixings. Sides and desserts will be potluck-style, so feel free to bring a favorite dish to share!

This event also serves as our annual membership drive. If you’re not already a member, we invite you to join us! Membership dues help support our programs, seasonal events, community service projects, and volunteer opportunities throughout the year.

As a special thank-you, all paid members will be entered into a drawing for one of two Southwest Airlines round-trip flight vouchers, each valued at approximately $400. The drawing will take place at 7:30 PM, and you do not need to be present to win.
